About the University
Chechen State University (ChSU), established in 1972, is the flagship general university of the Chechen Republic. Its Medical Faculty offers a General Medicine program equivalent to MBBS and is listed in WDOMS. The university is recognized by NMC India, making it eligible for Indian students to pursue medical education and subsequently appear for the FMGE/NExT exam. Grozny, the capital of the Chechen Republic, has undergone significant modern redevelopment and is now considered one of the most modern cities in the North Caucasus region.
