About the University
Tashkent Medical Academy, established in 1935, is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious medical university in Uzbekistan. Located in Tashkent, the capital, TMA has trained generations of physicians for Central Asia and beyond. The 6-year English-medium MBBS program is fully recognized by WHO, NMC India, ECFMG, and FAIMER and listed in WDOMS. TMA has an active international student program with students from India, South Asia, Africa, and beyond.
