Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute (TashPMI), established in 1972, is a specialized medical university in Tashkent offering a full General Medicine (MBBS-equivalent) program in addition to its flagship Pediatrics curriculum. It is one of only a few dedicated pediatric medical universities in the world. The 6-year English-medium MD program is listed in WDOMS and recognized by NMC India, with a special emphasis on child health, community medicine, and preventive healthcare.
